I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Reed as my dentist for the last two years. I’ve never had major dental issues, but recently something minor developed and it was time to come up with a plan. This is where I truly seen Dr. Reeds passion, attention to detail, and goal of perfection. I’ve never had this type of attention to detail and fun dental experience before! He basically turned this into a 6 tooth makeover and man, what a world of difference and I’m beyond happy. The entire staff at Klein Dental Arts is outstanding and Dr. Reed is 5 ⭐️ for sure!!

Today I experienced the most peaceful and positive visit to a dentist office in many, many years (15+). Everything was done with a casual professionalism that made my otherwise very anxious mind at peace. The hygienist was so gentle yet thorough. My teeth haven’t looked this clean in a while! Dr. Klein made time for my questions and listened when I spoke. We had an actual conversation about my oral health. It was such a great experience. My 8-year old son had an exam as well, and had an exam. Our experience was such that I’ll bring all six of my family members here to be our family dentist.

I had the pleasure of having a chipped/broken molar prepped for a temporary crown today. It wasn't something that I was looking forward to, but CDA Jillian and Dr. Green made it a positive experience with their chairside manor, humor, and overall expertise. I almost look forward to my follow-up appointment for the permanent crown. lol The personnel in the entire office have always been friendly, helpful, and competent. They all seem to enjoy their job and each other. Definitely a family atmosphere.

Dr. Holmgren did a magnificent job in extracting a cracked tooth under a crown. The tooth was infected and I never knew it because there was no pain. He was able to do it there right there on the spot. Crystal was a wonderful helper and together they did a great job. The amazing thing was that the bleeding stopped only two hours after I left and the next day I had zero pain. Dr. Holmgren called me to see how I was doing and that said a lot. Thank you all!

Ok, so edited my review from 1 star to 5 stars. My original post was 1 star due to the ridiculous wait time, 1-2 hrs was crazy…well, they have made some changes, including expanding their space. There is still a wait but no more than most clinical settings. The Dr. are amazing and they hired several new hygienists. Our family will be staying out for all of our dental needs.

I had an excellent experience at this practice. I had a focus exam involving biting down on an ulcer with my wisdom tooth. I couldn't sleep nor eat I was in so much pain and this nice office assistant got me in the next day for an extraction. Dr. Blake and assistant Valerie were so kind, attentive and professional. I didn't go to the dentist for several years after having a bad experience with a local dentist who shot me 9 times and hit my tooth (which was not numb) with the drill 3 times, making me practically jump out of the chair. I lost a crown and dreaded going to the dentist. Dr. Klein's staff was nothing but PHENOMENAL from the desk staff, to the hygienists, to the dentists. My hygienist was very gentle and understanding of my fears. Yesterday, I returned to have my new crown. Dr. Reed and his assistant Jill, were patient, kind, caring, funny, and a joy to be around. In fact, I actually may be looking forward to my 6 month check up. So, if you need a good, gentle, caring dentist, go see Dr. Klein and his staff!

My family of 4 has been visiting Dr Klein’s office for quite some time now (since the Alcoa location) our children love their office and most importantly feel very comfortable going in to get cleanings and fillings (ages 8 & 15) There has never been a time that we have not received anything but amazing care, and kindness from Dr Klein himself and his amazing staff. This is THE BEST dentist office ever! This morning my tooth chipped into several pieces so I called to set a quick appointment to have it looked at and fixed. The staff really helped me get in quickly and they fixed the problem. It ended up being a filling that broke loose so Dr. Klein and his sweet assistant were able to go ahead and replace it. A recent search for a new dentist in our new community, friends recommended their wonderful experiences received at Klein Dental Arts. The KDA website states "Whatever your needs may be, you will find compassionate and excellent care at Klein Dental Arts." (IMHO, quite the understatement!) From our very first interaction of appointment scheduling, KDA has been all that, and so much more! You immediately feel welcome and valued. Their chairside manner is beyond expectation! And they are truly masters at working with your insurance to provide you, their patient, with the most service at the very lowest out-of-pocket expense. A genuine breath of fresh aire from those who are more like used car dealers trying to squeeze every penny from you. If treatment recommendations are warranted, they will be thoroughly explained, including the associated, fully disclosed costs. And, to mitigate billing surprises, insurance coordination is conducted 'prior' to service! Should secondary care be warranted, they are addressed and prioritized. My husband and I can, without reservation, highly recommend the caring professionals at Klein Dental Arts to anyone in need of their services!

December18th update: getting set for my implant I’ve been going through a multi step process. Dr Klein and his team have been nothing but exceptional! Professional, great pain management, great personalities! I could ask for no one better! Go team Klein! I had an issue at first, with a predetermination. Dr. Klein himself jumped in and made things right! Since then I have had an extraction, a bone graft placed, and follow up visits. Dr. Klein and his staff have been awesome. The office is very clean and feels safe during these uncertain times. Avery was friendly, but most importantly...I left feeling she is highly trained in her field. Dr. Larson introduced herself, and I can imagine seeing her would be a good experience. Dr. Klein seemed down to earth, friendly, and knowledgeable. I noticed his background education is impressive. My only suggestion would be to update the medical form. It was difficult to read and to feel confident that my personal information was accurate. I would not let that one minor detail deter me from visiting the practice...:)

I am terrified of dental care, after some truly horrendous experiences as a child. I searched for reviews of dental practices nearby that had good ratings, specifically that addressed dental phobia. I just had my first visit this week, and the experience was the best I've had since relocating to this area 15 years ago. I truly think I've found the dental practice I will stay with. Everyone was pleasant, no one tried to upsell me on services I don't need, some great info was imparted, and Avery, my dental hygienist, was a sweetheart! Each time a step was taken, by the hygienist or the dentist, it was explained to me. Time was taken to address any questions, and they listened to what I said. I highly recommend Klein Dental Arts. As a matter of fact, my husband will be transferring to them as soon as he can call to schedule an appointment!

Dr. Klein and all the staff at the practice exceeded my greatest expectations of how my dental needs could be met. I first visited them last fall and needed some urgent care with a broken tooth. Everyone showed me compassion with both my dental and emotional problems that I was dealing with at that time. It was a tremendous blessing. Dr. Klein also diagnosed another underlying issue with a previous root canal that I had done two years prior at a different practice. He has been available to help meet my needs and has done a tremendous job on educating me and helping me sort through my different treatment options. If you want complete, honest and compassionate care, this practice will be the right one for you. Of all the dental practices I have been to, not many can compare with Klein Dental Arts.

I have been afraid of dentists my entire life. So many horrific experiences to even delve into. My teeth were awful and I knew I had to have something done. My boyfriend recommended Dr. Klein. I was hesitant and petrified but I made the appointment for my impacted tooth. They were booked solid but was able to work me in. I never felt rushed or like I was burdening him even though he was slammed. We also ended up talking about the other procedures I needed to get my mouth healthy again and to give me my smile back. He never judged me or made me feel uncomfortable in any way.... which was extremely important to me. We decided on a full set of dentures. I knew it was coming so I wasn't surprised. I started my journey a couple of months ago. A LOT of complications due to infection and ill-fitted dentures.... but let me tell you. Dr. Klein and his staff went above and BEYOND to maintain my pain and get my smile back. I am currently on my 2nd wax try-in and am waiting to go back in tomorrow to see if we are satisfied enough to send them in for my final set. I can't wait!!! Dr. Klein and his staff have been AMAZING throughout this entire process. And even though we're still not finished.... I wanted to write my review. They are kind, professional and sincerely dedicated to helping you. They WILL make sure that you are 100% satisfied.... and they won't stop until you are!! Love this dentist and love his staff!!!

Dr Klein is an Amazing dentist. As a child I got my teeth knocked out in a horrific baseball accident, 20 yrs later my teeth were in shambles. The staff was amazing! I called to see about getting my little one in for a cavity (as a new patient) and they got her in the same morning. The staff was all very welcoming and super sweet to my little girl. Crystal, the hygienist, was wonderful with her and helped her feel at ease. There was no judgment (like I’ve experienced at some dentists offices in my life) - only caring and kindness. I will definitely be back with the rest of my family. After watching the building be built from start to finish, I decided to make the call. From my first phone call to ensure my insurance was accepted to my first appointment was 5 star treatment. The receptionist even called me a few weeks before my appointment because they had a cancellation, no ones done that before for me. Upon arrival I feel like I'm in the comforts of my own home. Very updated decor of Chip and Joanna Gaines, even a nice Keurig for some coffee. Super clean restroom as well. Checking in and not having to complete actual paperwork but doing it on an iPad was a God send, expedites the process. Then I met Christal!! Big warm smile, welcoming me to the practice and thanking me for choosing them. In the room I went, beautiful, open and spacious, not to mention all of the natural light. After getting to get to know me we began my dental treatment, I once used to be very anxious but Christal made life super calm and relaxed. Explaining everything, asking how I'm doing and ensuring my needs were met. I am so happy I found this gem. Would recommend Klein Dental Arts and Christal to EVERYONE.

Klein Dental Arts is an amazing place to go for dentistry work. They are currently in Alcoa at the corner of Sanderson and Ave, B, but will be moving into a new office in mid January in Maryville, off of West Broadway. I had a root canal and 2 crowns that needed to be done. Dr. Klein and staff took great care of me. The injections were great and I was not in the chair all day. A few hours later and the numbness is completely gone and I feel great. I highly reccomend Dr Klein and Staff. Dr Klein's staff, is amazing!
